MARVAC campground owners/managers are invited to share some updated industry information, renew some contacts and enjoy a holiday lunch at the association conference center in Okemos on December 12th. We will have several presenters who will give us updates on the proposed electrical resale changes; golf cart insurance liabilities; the Pure Michigan marketing campaign. In addition, members will have the opportunity to ask their legal questions to the association attorney; ask a DEQ representative questions regarding rules and regulations; hear the latest political news from association lobbyist. Please mark your calendar for Wednesday, December 12th. Registration information will sent to all current campground members soon.
DETROIT CAMPER & RV SHOW COMMITMENT FORMS
Are you going to miss the deadline for your commitment to the Detroit Camper & RV Show? There is still a time to get your commitment form into the association office for the upcoming show in February. Contracts will be mailed early next week. If you have any questions contact Bill Sheffer or Darren Ing at the association office ASAP! Don’t miss being in Michigan’s largest RV show!

MARVAC has had a very successful year legislatively, amending the Michigan Vehicle Code to prescribe a maximum length of 65 feet when a motor home tows a trailer and 75 feet for a recreation vehicle double. MARVAC also insured that the Pure Michigan campaign, which our members benefit, continues to be funded.
