An Open Letter to the MARVAC Membership

October 22, 2013

Dear MARVAC Member,

Over the last 60 days we have been sending you important information regarding a special industry meeting that will take place at the Suburban Collection Showplace (46100 Grand River Avenue, Novi, MI 48374, I-96 Beck Road Exit #160) on Tuesday morning, October 29th, 2013, starting at 8:00 a.m.

Your Association Board of Directors is seriously considering establishing a for-profit corporation dealing with ALL segments of financing in our industry.  This special meeting is being held in conjunction with our sister Associations (MMHA & SSAM) in partnership with Alternative Investment Resources.  Its purpose is to inform the members of the concept of developing a lending arm, under the umbrella of the Association.
Our staff has been inundated with phone calls from our members over the past two years with their difficulties in securing financing in all segments of our industries.  We know as small Michigan based businesses that these difficulties are not going away any time soon.  Take a few hours out of your day and join in the discussion to see how this concept may work for you and your business down the road.
Thus, I strongly recommend that you join us in Novi, on Tuesday October 29th.
You must pre-register for this free event as
only MARVAC members will be allowed into the special session.

Due to the exclusivity and confidential nature of this announcement, ALL members attending this session will be required to sign a Mutual Non-Disclosure and Non-Circumvention Agreement in order to see how this program will benefit their business in the future,
as a possible new membership benefit.

As a special bonus, we’ve invited U.S. Senate Candidate Terri Lynn Land (former Michigan Secretary of State, former Association employee as its membership director, and whose family has been a charter member of this organization) who will kick off the conference with her vision if elected to be Michigan’s next U.S. Senator.  What a great way to hear her thoughts on what is needed to help turn this country around.

Looking forward in seeing you in Novi, on October 29th.
