Mackinac Island Lilac Festival
MACKINAC ISLAND
Leave the rig on the mainland and hop a ferry over to Mackinac Island. Walk, bike, or hail a horse-drawn carriage around this eight-mile island and smell the blooming lilacs, watch the Grand Parade, or participate in the 10K walk/run. www.mackinacisland.org/ mackinac-island-lilac-festival

Annual International Bridge Walk
SAULT STE. MARIE
People of all ages and physical abilities will enjoy this leisurely stroll over the International Bridge. Enjoy the breathtaking views and be sure to wave to all of the barges and freighters you pass as they make their way along the Soo Locks.
