DETROIT CAMPER & RV SHOW BIG SUCCESS
Nearly 19,000 people streamed through the doors of the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi, MI February 8-12 for Detroit Camper & RV Show. With near perfect weather on Wednesday and Thursday attendance was equal to last year’s record setting pace. Snow fell on Friday and attendance dropped slightly from last year, Saturday was a very busy day and a record crowd on Sunday made the 2012 Detroit show the best in recent history. Dealers and booth exhibitors reported a high energy crowd who had buying new RV’s on their minds and making campground reservations. Unlike last year’s snowstorm during move-out, this year’s exit was un eventful.
